Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture is a time-honored healing practice that has been used for thousands of years to help restore balance within the body. TCM is based on the concept that the body functions best when its energy, known as “Qi” (pronounced “chee”), flows freely through pathways called meridians.

Using very fine sterile needles, specific acupuncture points are stimulated to help support the body’s natural healing processes and encourage overall wellness. Treatments are customized to each patient’s individual concerns and health goals.

At Vance Chiropractic Clinic, TCM Acupuncture may be used as part of a comprehensive approach to health and wellness and may help support:

  • Muscle and joint discomfort
  • Neck and back tension
  • Headaches
  • Stress and relaxation
  • Sleep support
  • Circulation
  • Digestive wellness
  • Overall balance and well-being

Many patients find acupuncture treatments relaxing and calming. Sessions are tailored to the individual and may be combined with chiropractic care and other therapies offered in our office.

Our goal is to provide gentle, personalized care that helps support your body’s ability to heal and function at its best.

Auricular Therapy Acupuncture

Auricular Therapy Acupuncture is a specialized form of acupuncture that focuses on specific points located on the ear. The ear contains hundreds of neurological and energetic points that correspond with different areas and systems of the body. By stimulating these points, auricular therapy may help support the body’s natural healing response and promote overall balance and wellness.

At Vance Chiropractic Clinic, tiny acupuncture points are carefully selected based on each patient’s individual needs and health goals. Small auricular needles are gently placed in the outer ear and are often designed to remain in place for several days to continue providing stimulation between visits.

Auricular Therapy Acupuncture is commonly used as part of a comprehensive wellness approach and may help support:

  • Stress management
  • Relaxation
  • Sleep support
  • Emotional wellness
  • Muscle tension
  • General discomfort
  • Overall balance and wellness

Many patients find auricular therapy to be calming, relaxing, and minimally uncomfortable. Treatments are personalized and may be combined with chiropractic care, energetic medicine, or other therapies offered in our office.
